Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Itsha Foundation, we are committed to transparency and accountability in all our financial dealings, especially regarding donations and contributions from our valued supporters.
As a charitable organization, we rely on the generosity of donors to fulfill our mission. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a donation.
1. Donations are Non-Refundable
All donations made to Itsha Foundation through https://www.itshafoundation.com are final and non-refundable. This applies whether the donation is made online, via bank transfer, or by cheque.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the case of a genuine error or unauthorized transaction (see Section 2).
2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate donation due to a technical error
Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction
Mistaken donation amount or incorrect details submitted
If any of the above applies, please send a written request within 7 days of the transaction to:

Your request must include:
Donor's full name
Transaction ID
Donation amount
Date of transaction
Reason for refund request
We will investigate and respond within 7–10 working days.
3. Processing Refunds
If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, UPI). Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days.
Note: Payment gateway or bank processing charges will not be refunded.
4. Tax Exemption Certificate on Refunded Donations
If a donation is refunded, the donor will not be eligible for an 80G Tax Exemption Certificate. Any certificate issued will be considered null and void.
5. Changes to This Policy
Itsha Foundation reserves the right to revise or update this policy without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website:
