ITSHA Foundation is committed to building inclusive communities by empowering women, especially those from economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds. Our Women Empowerment Program is designed to break barriers and create opportunities that enable women to lead independent, dignified, and meaningful lives.

Key Areas of Focus:

Skill Development & Vocational Training:
We provide hands-on training in tailoring, handicrafts, food processing, digital literacy, and other income-generating skills that help women become self-employed or job-ready.

Entrepreneurship Support:
Women interested in starting small businesses receive mentorship, basic business training, and connections to microfinance or self-help groups (SHGs), empowering them to become entrepreneurs.

Education & Awareness:
We conduct workshops on rights awareness, gender equality, leadership, and decision-making, helping women develop the confidence to speak up and take charge of their future.

Health & Hygiene Education:
Our programs educate women on menstrual hygiene, maternal care, nutrition, and overall well-being, ensuring they lead healthier lives and can care for their families effectively.

Our Impact
