Program Manager

    ITSHA Foundation is a non-profit organization working to uplift underprivileged communities across Odisha through programs focused on child welfare, women empowerment, elderly care, and farmer development. We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee field operations and ensure the effective delivery of our initiatives.

  • Job Responsibility

      • Plan, manage, and execute program activities across multiple focus areas
      • Supervise and guide field staff and volunteers
      • Monitor program progress and prepare periodic reports
      • Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, and partners
      • Manage program budgets and resources effectively
      • Conduct community meetings, workshops, and training sessions
      • Ensure proper documentation and data collection for impact tracking
      • Identify challenges and suggest improvements in program design

  • Educational Requirement

  • Experience Requirement

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in program or project management within the NGO or development sector

    • Experience in managing field teams and working in rural communities preferred

  • Additional Requirement

        • Strong leadership and organizational skills
        • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Odia
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
        • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace)
        • Willingness to travel regularly to field locations
